Creatina: anni di test e affidabilitą di assunzione

Tutti i produttori di integratori a base di creatina scrivono che il prodotto è stato testato a lungo termine. Quando è nato l'uso degli anabolizzanti nello sport e nelle palestre, dicevano la stessa cosa. Gli anabolizzanti hanno cominciato ad uccidere o a sterilizzare le persone dopo 10-15 anni di utilizzo. La creatina per quanti anni è stata testata?
All'attento e puntiglioso lettore, nonché giustamente cauto e premuroso verso la tutela della salute e dell'integrità fisica sua e dei suoi allievi (cosa che certamente fa controllando anche i livelli di nitriti e nitrati dell'acqua bevuta tutti i giorni da anni e certamente causa di molteplici patologie organiche, oppure accertandosi che i livelli di diotrazina e particolati dell'aria respirata tutti i giorni per una vita rientrino nei parametri biologicamente compatibili), alleghiamo una piccola bibliografia degli ultimi lavori reperibili sulla creatina.
Con un poco di pazienza, al suo interno troverà lavori di Poortamns, Hultaman e Miller (scusate se è poco), con osservazioni in tempi variabili da 2 agli 8 anni e con dosaggi dai 5 ai 20 g (quelli più lunghi con dosaggi giornalieri di 5/6 g). Il tutto senza alterazioni della GFR, del riassorbimento tubolare, della permeabilità della membrana glomerulare, della funzionalità epatica ecc.
Comunque al di sopra di qualsiasi studio e conclusione, il mio e nostro consiglio, riguardo non solo la Creatina, è quello di attenersi ai dosaggi riportati sulla confezione e, per assunzioni maggiori, consultarsi sempre prima con il medico.
Dopo di questo è anche giusto dire che nessuno ci può dare certezze su nulla (vedi carne, latte, proteine in polvere, farmaci, aria, acqua, rapporti amorosi, rapporti lavorativi con i soci, fedeltà coniugale, affidabilità delle banche, andamento della borsa, infallibilità della chiesa, ecc.); lo so, è triste ammetterlo, ma purtroppo viviamo in un mondo imperfetto e, personalmente, mi ritengo tale. Chi fra i lettori si può dire certo in modo assoluto e totale su qualche cosa?
Sempre in modo molto modesto e a titolo personale, mi accontento di un buon ragionamento seguito da una logica sperimentale e razionale (magari piena di buon senso) che mi consegni qualche discreta dose percentuale di possibilità, questo senza pretendere in nessun caso la certezza assoluta e dogmatica di cui ho sempre una gran paura (chissà perché, ma tendo sempre a diffidare di quelli che sanno tutto, dall'allenamento alla fisica nucleare passando per l'alimentazione e la biomeccanica).
Detta questa prolissa esposizione (di cui mi scuso), auguro buona lettura.
PS - Un signore chiamato Paracelso, che mi risulta sapesse due cose sulla chimica e sui rapporti fra uomini e con l'ambiente scriveva: "Tutto è veleno, niente è veleno, è la dose che fa il veleno".
